Questions About Drop Off Laundry:
What days and hours can I drop off my laundry?
We are available for drop off wash and fold on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. Our hours are from noon - 8 p.m.
What is the turn around time?
For $1.25 a pound, you can get your laundry the next day that we are open. You can pay a quarter a pound extra for same day service.
What kind of detergent do you use?
We use a name brand detergent, but give you an option of a no scent detergent for allergies.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 10 pound minimum order.

What is launder and press?
We wash and dry your clothes, then use a professional iron to press your clothes.
What kind of clothes do you launder and press?
We launder all types of clothes, but the two items that we do most are dress shirts for men and women and table cloths for restaurants. We can press anything from dresses to suits.
What if my clothes need to be pressed, but do not need to be washed?
We give a 35% discount for men's shirts, t-shirts, pants and skirts.
Is there a minimum order?
If you are doing drop off, there is a $12.50 minimum order. This can include your drop off wash and fold as well as anything that needs to be pressed.
If I am a recurring pick up customer, is there any discount on press and fold?
There is a discount on table cloths, napkins and bed sheets. If you are doing pickup and delivery, please separate the wash and fold from the launder and press clothes and label them.

What days do you do pickup & delivery?
Our pickup/delivery days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday.
What hours do you pickup and deliver?
We work in the mornings on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday. from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and in the evenings from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
What if I can't be home when you pickup or deliver?
When you order online, just let us know where you'll be leaving your clothes or would like them left. Common places are on the front porch, the back porch, the garage, behind the gate or with the apartment manager.
Why are their two different prices for pickup?
If you schedule service weekly or every other week, we discount our wash and fold price by 10 cents per pound. One-time, on demand or periodic service pays the regular wash and fold price.
